Employee Spotlight: Beth Burns

Beth Burns has worked at Prairie Harvest since December 2006. Although you won't often find Beth on the premises, her work can be seen in the newsletter you're reading, mailers and e-mails sent to those on our current mailing lists (if you're not on one or both of our mailing lists let us know!), and other print material seen in the store.

When asked why she works at Prairie Harvest, Beth says her co-workers are great and Prairie Harvest's commitment to finding ways to make our world better is important to her. Beth uses many Prairie Harvest products daily, including Burt's Bees lip balm, Wyldwood Cellars Elderberry concentrate, and Emergen-C Immune Defense, but her very favorite is Izze Clementine sparkling fruit juice.

When not at Prairie Harvest, Beth is an artist posing as a school secretary at a local elementary school (she actually studied art education and hopes to be an art teacher soon). She is also is an avid reader, loves yarn and knitting, and enjoys camping and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
