Employee Spotlight: Terri Lever
Terri Lever began working at Prairie Harvest in July 2007. She works in our kitchen doing deli prep work, fixing our soups, sandwiches, and salads, as well as providing customer service out front. Terri believes in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and her previous experience working in both a health food store and a deli makes Prairie Harvest a good fit. Terri's favorite product is a Kansas-made spinach artichoke dip made by Fiesta, although she had a hard time narrowing it down to one product. When not a Prairie Harvest, Terri is a Feldenkrais practitioner, helping people develop more awareness of themselves through the use of movement. She also enjoys reading, handwork and being involved in her church, Faith Mennonite, where she plays in the hand bell choir.
