Employee Spotlight: Carol Sue Stayrook Hobbs

Although she has only been employed here since August 17, Carol Sue is a familiar face at Prairie Harvest as she has been supportive of the store in many ways since before it opened in 2000. Carol Sue's official title is Floor Manager (she assures us she will keep the floor in place!), which includes a little bit of everything, from customer service to keeping the displays in order.

Carol Sue works at Prairie Harvest because it's a great place to be! She enjoys her co-workers and believes in the mission of the store. She had a hard time narrowing down a favorite item in the store but noted some favorites are bulk cashews and the Terra Sweet Potato Chips.

When not working here, Carol Sue enjoys reading, sewing, riding bikes, and spending time with friends. She is also very involved in our local schools, currently serving as the School Board President for USD 373.
