Employee Spotlight: Liz RempelLiz Rempel works in the deli kitchen and with customer service at Prairie Harvest. She has been instrumental in implementing the new deli menu and hopes to bring her creative cooking ideas to our upcoming catered events. Liz came to Prairie Harvest in December of 2006, and brings a strong interest in cooking to her work in our deli. She says she likes to work at Prairie Harvest because she likes being a part of a locally owned business that is committed to keeping it local. She also appreciates the health focus and really likes the people she works with. Her favorite product currently is Cocoa-Düsis (spelt based cocoa snacks), but runners-up are fresh mangos and Brown Cow maple yogurt. When not at Prairie Harvest, Liz enjoys reading, bicycling (she rode cross-country last summer! See photo above) and watching movies.
