Employee Spotlight: Dan StuckyDan has worked with us since August of 2003. He's showing off his favorite product, Mountain High yoghurt, which he often enjoys by stirring in a bit of pure maple syrup. Dan's passion is gardening and local food systems. He says Prairie Harvest does the best job around of promoting local food systems and that's what keeps him with us. He's a Bethel College graduate with a Natural Sciences degree. Dan's main activities are managing the bulk foods and stock room inventory as well as customer service. This coming growing season Dan hopes to grow some veggies to market at the store.
