The following is a representation of our bulk product line. You'll find many more items available in bulk at Prairie Harvest, such as whole wheat flour, rolled oats and basmati rice. This list represents our most popular hard-to-find bulk items.
Baking supplies:
Carob chips, fructose, Ghirardelli. chocolate chips, lecithin, rye flakes, soy flakes, Turbinado sugar, unsweetened coconut, vanilla extract, vital wheat gluten, wheat germ, yeast, plus five types of wheat flours.
Beans:
Adzuki beans, Anasazi beans, red lentils, soybeans, yellow split peas.
Instant foods:
Soup mixes, refried beans, falafel mix, hummus mix.
Sweets:
Crystalized ginger, dark chocolate covered almonds, raspberry yogurt pretzels, sorbet, yogurt almonds, yogurt raisins.
Dried fruit:
